We focus on what we are good at –taking care of your customers and since this only job, we do it well and your customers will feel in safe hands. When your customers call us they'll speak to a real person (who answers with your company's name) usually within two rings. We have strict processes in place to ensure that quires are dealt with immediately. Our operators are experienced , polite and courteous, and they make clients feel at ease, dispelling any worries that the customer has and emphasising the benefits of the plan to the customer. We accept payments by a number of methods making it as easy as possible for the customer to pay. All this is designed to maximise customer retention. If a customer should fall behind we encourage them to maintain their payments, infact we are often the first to know if a customer is experiencing difficulties in paying, such is the relationship we build with our clients.
ATG pay creditors every day by BACS, this improves creditor relations and reduces the time taken for creditors to stop pestering the customer. We work with you to establish your preferred remuneration model i.e. first payment as a setup fee. Also setting the minimum and maximum monthly fees you wish your customers to be paying. We have developed a good working relationship over the last seven years with all creditors and your customers will benefit from this.

ATG’s processes - both with simple debt management functions and in dealing with problems - are designed to keep clients feeling good about their decision. As a result, they tend to stay with the plan longer and be in control of their debt sooner.

We accept most forms of payment that makes the customers life easier. And once those payments are cleared into our client account we disburse to the customers creditors within five working days. One concern of customers is how quickly their money will be sent to their creditors. Unacceptable delays in payments can shake a client's confidence. ATG payment procedure is structured to keep that from happening.
Occasional problems can always arise for almost any debt management customer. We believe in dealing with problems immediately, keeping the customer fully updated. ATG goes out of its way to make customers feel appreciated, understood and well taken care of. At ATG customers have their own member of customer service, we encourage first name terms and building a friendly, professional relationship.
